"Rise-UP-n'Glowalk is a fitness program that is offered in a variety of public settings including indoor finesses, community wellness centers and outdoor settings such as parks. Programs such as dance , Zumba etc...to improve physical fitness and mental health.

Community food service

We are firm believers that food heals, and we are very proud to be among non-profit organizations in Edmonton that helps and supports women. We meet up every week to prepare and package meals for our community, and support women with food hampers.

Home visiting

Our home Visiting Program is a One-to-One Home support for women to receive enough resource and access to community resources and services.
