GlowRise Girls Initiative by SheGlows CWSSA is a youth-focused program designed to empower girls through interactive learning, confidence-building, leadership development, emotional wellness, and capacity-building activities.
The program uses engaging group activities, discussions, hands-on learning experiences, and culinary training to help girls develop practical life skills, discover their talents, build confidence, and strengthen friendships in a safe and supportive environment.
Through culinary activities, girls learn teamwork, creativity, responsibility, and entrepreneurial skills while gaining valuable knowledge that can support their future independence.
GlowRise also creates intentional spaces for mother–daughter dialogue, helping strengthen understanding between generations and encouraging healthy communication within families.
Through guided conversations and empowering activities, girls learn about different stages of life, emotional growth, identity, relationships, leadership, and self-worth, preparing them to navigate their journey with confidence and awareness.
To Grow
GlowRise supports girls in building confidence, self-esteem, leadership, and emotional well-being through positive mentorship, engaging activities, personal development opportunities, and culinary capacity-building activities. Through hands-on culinary experiences, girls develop practical life skills, creativity, teamwork, responsibility, and entrepreneurial skills while discovering their talents and building confidence in a supportive environment.
To Connect
GlowRise fosters strong connections among girls, families, and the community by creating supportive spaces for friendship, collaboration, open dialogue, and culinary learning experiences. Through shared culinary activities, girls develop teamwork, creativity, life skills, and confidence while building meaningful relationships with one another. The initiative also encourages understanding between mothers and daughters through shared activities and intergenerational conversations that strengthen relationships and mutual respect.
To Learn
Through interactive workshops, discussions, hands-on activities, and culinary experiences, girls gain valuable life skills and knowledge about communication, emotional wellness, healthy relationships, teamwork, creativity, entrepreneurship, and personal growth. GlowRise creates a safe environment where learning is both meaningful and enjoyable.
At GlowRise Girls Initiative by SheGlows CWSSA, we believe every girl deserves a safe space to grow, learn, and shine. Through mentorship, engaging activities, and meaningful connections, girls are empowered to build confidence, discover their strengths, and support one another. GlowRise also encourages understanding and communication between mothers and daughters from different generations, helping strengthen family bonds through shared experiences and open dialogue.
